You couldn’t have said it better. May this year be the year that Alex comes back into the public view a little more. No matter what he does, we love him and we miss seeing him on a regular basis.

Dear O’Loughlinistas ® !
Tonight, 5th of January, according to the Bible, the Three Wise Men arrived in Bethlehem and offered gold, incense, and myrrh to Baby Jesus.
In Spain, it is traditional to have Three Wise Mens’ parades in every city, town, and village. They arrive in three royal carriages overflowing with gift packages, accompanied by their royal pages who throw candies to all the children assembled in the street watching the parade. When the Kings finally stop to rest, the pages take the children to the Wise Men so they can hand them their letters with their wish lists.
Tomorrow morning, when they wake up, all children will check if the milk and cookies they left in a convenient place at home before they went to bed have been drunk and eaten by the King’s camels. If they have, it means that the Kings have come and that they can rush safely to the living room which, hopefully, will be full of gifts.
Tonight, I will leave the camels lots of hay in my kitchen (better than cookies, they being camels) and tomorrow I hope I will find a post by FOYeur and Paula first thing in the morning when I switch on my computer, with The New.
FOYeur, Paula, I’ve been a good girl all year long. Please, please, make it happen! You could if you really put your hearts into it!

So you people in Spain do today what American´s do on Christmas morning? Interesting. Thank you for sharing. In Germany today the Three Wise Men (usually children) go from house to house to beg people for money for worthy (social) causes. Each year the catholic and protestant church in Germany choose a cause in the world they collect money for. Then the houses are blessed by writing the initials of the Three Wise Mens at the front door.

I’ve been a really good girl, except when it comes to Alex, who drives me crazy, as you know. Watermelons flying across my place and all that… 😂! I hope the camels are simply digesting the hay and will be fully operational tomorrow, because today they sadly are as silent as Alex.

March is slowing waning, day after day… Almost three months into 2024 and both Alex and FOYeur are as quiet as mice. Paula too.
So many questions are popping into my head these days. Some are reasonable, some crazy, others extravagantly far-fetched. I’ll spare you my mental tortuous journeys.
But one vital question remains: Are you still there, fellows of happier times? Or have you gone through a process of deAlexification imposed by Alex Mouse’s evanescent mood? Or worse, are you intoxicated with another actor, not one tiny bit as excellent an actor as Alex and by no ways as handsome?
Am I alone in an empty Alex universe?

Fortunately, the Lifetime Channel in Canada is showing HF-O. April 3 will be the fourth anniversary of the HF-O finale, and I’m losing hope.

TBH I am so happy and excited going to Hawaii that I really don’t think about meeting/seeing him. It won’t spoil my vacation if I return without an AOL sighting.
And even IF I see him I don’t think I am going to talk to him, because private Alex is – well – private. (But I promise you will hear my SQUEEE across the pond!)

Of course the purpose of you trip is not to meet Alex, but to fall in love with Hawai’i. That you will, I promise.
But we’ll be training our ears just in case there’s a mighty SQUEE of unknown origin disturbing and worrying people in Europe. Well, WE will know what it is 😜😜😜!

Loneliness is kind of over! 🙂 Did you see the new pictures of Alex O. and Alex Tarrant of NCIS Hawaii coaching a group of aspiring young actors this weekend in Honolulu? (far right on top of this page) Hopefully we will get a fuller coverage. Alex is a very good teacher as we know and I´d like to be a fly on the wall at that workshop. It´s nice to see him being involved in something acting related again even if it´s “only” a workshop. Those young actors are glad to have him.

Greatissimo! A new pic and a tiny news about what he’doing! As you say, even if it only remotely related with acting, at least there is a connection. So all hope is not lost!
And yes, these lucky actors couldn’t have a better teacher than Alex. Much as I love my tai chi instructor, I wish he could come from time to time to give us a class (sigh).
Thank you for drawing my attention to that new pic. I’d have missed if it not were for you!

You are welcome. Well, no, I wouldn´t want him to teach me acting. I´m afraid, I´m a hopeless case. But they wrote in a sort of “thank you note” that he shared his knowledge, wisdom, insights and more. That makes me interested. I feel, he is a great guy and a wonderfull, talented actor and more and it´s sad to see all those talents kind of wasted at the moment. I still hope, someone will offer him a project in acting/film making/directing that he wants to do.

Oh yes he knows tai chi. One of the first self-defense movements I was taught was one he did in Season 1, on the Missouri, when Robert Loggia discovers Steve is not a mere tourist. It was a thrilling moment for me to do this movement, and none of my fellow students could understand why I was beaming idiotically 🤣🤣🤣!

Oh yes. Right. Didn´t he tell, he learnt some Tai-Chi für Moonlight? I wonder, what else he can do? Would be interesting to explore his many talents. What else is he capable of? Many awesome talents coming to mind without thinking one moment. Have to say it again: Alex would be a valuable asset to any production if they only allowed him to show what he is capable of and not just put him on a “he is an action hero or this or that” single track. He could add so much. Maybe one day…. .

Let’s remember what he can do:
Are there many actors who can do all this without getting in a sweat about it? I doubt it.
So yes, he’s a golden asset in whatever project he is in. And yes, I’m sure he could do much more if they let him. Maybe one day…

Add: surfing and playing the guitar and maybe singing. 🙂 What else? Oh yes: directing, building, being a believable outdoor guy who loves and knows how to move in the woods and mountains …. (I watched a scene in another show where a guy had to play an outdoor scene and it was awefull.) and playing the smart, attractive gentleman who can rock a nice men´s dress, too – or a disturbed and criminal character like “Vincent” from “Criminal Minds”. And also having great ideas last minute as a writer (remember the “Moby Dick” scene in DNA?). ……..
