- While studying pictures of this specific episode we actually saw that Alex’s elbow was bandaged with a flesh-coloured bandage even before the scene was filmed where he got in an accident and got injured as Steve.
- We, therefore, presume that this was the time that he filmed after having surgery the day before as he mentioned in an interview a few years later. The surgery scar could also be seen in some of the later footage in the next episode. We mentioned it in a post. H50 5.14 – Alex got some new scars, but we did not know at the time that it was actually a scar from an operation in the days during filming only a few days before.

Jack Thompson was oh so right. Rubbish, Alex. Totally rubbish.
Just look at pic #3! That’s what I mean with Alexpressions. This is the badass Navy SEAL, the survivor, the goofy one and at the same time vulnerable boy. Portrayed all in one. You can’t do that if you are not capable of giving your character dimensions!

All those awesome comments. It´s pretty obvious that Alex is one of the few people who are loved and respected by litterally everybody he met and/or worked with. That´s absolutelly amazing and talks volumes about him as a human being and professional in the way he carries himself and the work he is doing as well. He would probably not acknowledge that he is special but he is.

Completely agree! And he is not smooth or/and boring while being nice and kind. He still is a complex character, being smart, clever, even wise about life, people and what it’s all about.
And in the next moment he is funny and naughty…

Oh, and I remember while watching the wreckingball episode we spotted the b.w. (before wreckingball) bandage and the a.w. (after wreckingball) bandage. And we thought: are we supposed to not see the the b.w. bandage?
