Before we start today’s post we want to once again warn fellow fans about the two groups on Facebook that are called “Alex O’Loughlin Intense Study”.
Please remember those 2 groups have got nothing to do with us. We did not start them and we were never asked if our blog name could be used for them. They were started by somebody who is not connected to us!
Ewa Trepka who started the groups abandoned them and without managing the groups they are now used by scammers to share their fake accounts. They share pretty pictures of Alex and act as if they are him, in order to scam fans for money. And ignorant (or stubborn) fans keep commenting on those scammer posts…..
Facebook does not protect page names when groups are started and one cannot complain about it either. It is basically impossible to report any groups on Facebook for violations. Facebook also does not care if unattended groups are used by scammers for their scams and spam and in some cases porn posts. All the junk on there does not bother Facebook at all and reporting it is to no avail.
Please refrain from commenting on posts there or posting new posts on those groups. Comments and fan posts just make the groups active! If nobody reacts to the scammers there, they will stop posting.
The only Facebook page connected to our blog can be found here:
Alex O’Loughlin An Intense Study
We do not have groups that represent our blog and no other Facebook pages have a connection with us or speak on our behalf..
If you want to be educated on how scammers operate on social media you can follow the Facebook Page:
Scamming Scammers Action
They provide useful information and have been doing so since 2013.

We continue sharing the social media posts of the past week.
Remembering the 240 episodes of Hawaii Five-0 by sharing a picture from each episode together with some thoughts shared by Alex and others at the time and over the years ……
Day 81
240 days of #AlexOLoughlin on #H50
(Pic 81/240)
“When you see the episode, it’s not just about Hawaii, in fact more so about the Japanese population of Hawaii. And it’s about the Japanese people and the families who were in Hawaii in the 40’s. What happened to them after the segregation that went up with the camps and what happened. All the stuff that I didn’t know about. I didn’t know there was internment camps in Hawaii. I didn’t know … so ignorant about the way it went down. It is an important episode. It airs on December the 6th, on the eve of the anniversary of Pearl Harbor.
And there is a really nice twist with the McGarrett family and the case that actually goes down. And then we had some incredible actors. I might actually watch that one.” – Alex O’Loughlin, TéléStar, January 2014

Day 82

“We’ve had cast troubles. I got really hurt and had to go and sort myself out in the second season. We’ve had injuries, we’ve had all sorts of things. It just keeps going. We can’t seem to kill it. So I guess it’s going to stick around for a while. At the moment I can’t imagine working any longer than tomorrow. Because there’s just so much work.
But we’ll see, we’ll see. I want to do other things sooner rather than later.” – Alex O’Loughlin, Associated Press, 25 October 2013

Of course, this above comment from Alex was twisted into an article header
Day 83
240 days of #AlexOLoughlin on #H50
(Pic 83/240)
“What makes him (Steve McGarrett) a hero, is the same thing that makes him human, you know. It’s why I’m always fighting for the humanity of this character. Of any character. And so, the humanity, that’s the answer. The humanity of this guy is the same thing, that makes him a hero. And that’s the thing that makes him flawed as well. So, I hope we get to explore more of that shades of grey, because that’s where it is interesting.“ – Alex O’Loughlin, Press Day Interview 2013

Day 84
240 days of #AlexOLoughlin on #H50
(Pic 84/240)
“Ultimately at the end of the day, this is a TV show, and that’s it, you know. But I have to approach it like it’s any other. I want to it to be more than that all the time.” – Alex O’Loughlin, Press Day Interview 2013

Day 85

(Pic 85/240)
“I’ve had personal conflict; I’ve had personal injury. And, I was never prepared for a show like this and for the demands of a show like this. So, I look forward to the time when I have more time to get back into my service work that’s important to me and to my family.” – Alex O’Loughlin, My Take On….., 11 October 2013

Day 86

(Pic 86/240)
“The kids are amazing. Look it’s a weird job that I have. I love it. There is a lot of anxiety, a lot of stress and pressure and the hours are terrible, and there’s a lot of risk – all that stuff goes away when I am with my kids.” – Alex O’Loughlin, Hello! Canada, 2013

Day 87
240 days of #AlexOLoughlin on #H50
(Pic 87/240)
“I’m involved in a big network show at the moment. It is what it is, and it fits where it fits. I think after this what I’d really like to do is go to sort of smaller stories that speak to me on a personal level and challenge people in other ways that maybe this show doesn’t. Do you know what I mean? I’d like to sort of take a step away.” – Alex O’Loughlin, My Take On….., 11 October 2013

This a thought I read on Twitter today …….
“If you’re spending your free time on something that is actively making your life worse, do something else”
