We are all individuals with so many different backgrounds, cultures, languages, and views all around the world – And even if we all follow the career of the same individual, in this case, Alex O’Loughlin, we all do it in our own unique way.
For that reason, we have always applauded and supported others in their efforts to develop fan pages and social media pages where they are sharing Alex with others. As long as they share Alex and stick to the truth while also showing respect for Alex’s private life and family.
When we started our blog and social media pages, there were plenty of other blogs and sites for Alex around. Wonderful sites like Alex O’Loughlin Rocks! with Mizzoh (closed), Adoring Alex O’Loughlin.Org with Mary (closed), Alex O’Loughlin Online with Tiffany (now with different admin), Alex O’Loughlin BlogSpot with Kandyegirl, O’LaughinPress with Pam & Carol, Alex O’Loughlin German Fan Club and then later on H50BAMF Tumblr that became Alex O’Loughlin World Wide with ESS and her crew (closed), Alex O’Loughlin Journal with Sylvia (closed), Angie’s Alex O’Loughlin Fanpage, and Alex O’Loughlin McPervworld with LizzieM and KaryMcGarrett – and few others with a private subscription like Alex O’Loughlin Place (closed), Long Legs O’Louglin (LLOL) and Alex O’Loughlin International Community. And maybe a few others from specific countries that we do not really know well or might have missed.
Unfortunately, there are only a few active sites left. And nearly none are left with full public access, which is updated on a regular basis – even with the small bits of news that become available these days.
There were a number of good Facebook pages in the old days and over the years the fandom has largely moved over to social media pages and groups on there. Unfortunately, many have stopped posting and as we reported a while ago, some of the old and wonderful Alex O’loughlin fan pages on Facebook that were still active have been closed down because of malicious activity within the fandom.
With the lack of other blogs and sites, we would like to show more support to social media pages on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and any other medium that are active and would like to add those who are interested to be on our blogroll here on the page as well.
For those of you who don’t know what blogroll means – on the right-hand side >>> of this page are a number of links to sites and pages, which we recommend that you can follow to get updates on Alex and his projects. The latest project was Hawaii Five-0 but of course, not much happens on those pages anymore. And over time we also removed those who were not updating anymore but we should maybe add them all back again.
We will be adding a new category to the links, for Groups on Facebook as well. Please let us know if you would like your group mentioned here. We do not want to expose anybody who is scared of malicious fans or scammers and just randomly add anybody who does not want to be here. So please let us know if you would like to be added – it can be a Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube, or any other page that is fully dedicated to Alex.
To end off our post, we want to mention a specific new page that we can recommend (click on their name to get to the Facebook page):
We know that they love Alex just as much as we do (and for longer than we have) and they post lots of good quality footage on a daily basis. Please subscribe to their page and show your support for the posts.
And if there are any other pages that would like to be introduced or featured here in a post, please let us know. We can then have a look at what you have to offer fans and share that with others.
Thank you all so much for the constant support.
It can be difficult to reach you all personally and individually, but none of your love and hard work ever goes unnoticed or unappreciated.
It is something in my life that helps me find the energy I don’t always think I have, to get through another long work day and stay inspired.
Without you all it would be kind of pointless so, again, thank you.
All my love
