#AlexOLoughlin & Carol Burnett – On the set of #H50 – 2015

Pictures and a video clip of Alex and Carol Burnett on the set of Hawaii Five-0, Episode 6:12 – With some wonderful words of love and respect for one another.

Transcript:

Carol: Well, I love it. The crew is sensational. They’re absolutely terrific.

And I love Alex very much. I feel like his Aunt Deb.

There’s a true Aloha Spirit here. I used to live in Hawaii for a long time. And so, the Islands are very healing.

Alex: Well, you know at first it’s a little overwhelming, because she’s Carol Burnett, you know. And it’s like, “Oh my goodness. How ….?” You know, and ….. very quickly…. specially with someone like Carol, she’s so grounded and humble and amazing, you know.

And very, very quickly you are put at ease as an actor and as a person.

Thank you, Foyeur. I’m so happy that you brought this back. Carol was my
favourite guest-star on HF-O. She and Alex had great rapport on the show, and I was thrilled that she has such great affection for him. It would be wonderful if they could somehow work together again.

I liked the interview hearing their take on one another showing mutual respect and admiration for each other. Alex does come by that a lot deservedly so.
I thought Carol was great as Aunt Deb. It was sad that she also had to be another loss to Steve.
BTW great pics of Alex esp the first one. Almost made me lose the focus at hand!!😍
    Thanks FOYeur this was nice.😊

  5. Reading this reminds me of what Christine Lahti said about Alex on several occasions about him and her scenes with him, esp. the very first one: “Mom?”
She said something like he was so expressive she just had to look in his eyes to see it all and go with the flow.
