Alex really was in his element directing that episode. I’d love to see more for season 9. Not only is he an excellent actor he also knows what to bring to the creative side behind camera.

And how amazing is the video about Director Alex? He is so full of energy, commitment and talent. And it shows that everything he talked about in the past is never just empty talk. He backs it up. Always.

OMG, ladies, they’re filming episode 9.7 right now. It’s a vintage episode set in the 1930’s or 1940’s. Alex and Scott are all dressed up in suits, vests and suspenders with fedoras, from that time period! Photos of them are all over fan sites,dressed up and walking along the beach. I always dreamed of them doing an “Untouchables” episode from that era. I love men in suits–they both look stunning. Wow, so glad they did this!
I really love episodes that go back into historical times.

I’m having so much fun watching the videos and looking at still photos from tonight’s SOTB, Sunday, September 16, 2018. The weather is perfect. Alex is gorgeous in a white suit. Malia is beautiful. They’re stunning together. And Alex is being his usual adorable self, playing with the tans, tossing things back to them, teasing them and admonishing them when they don’t cheer enthusiastically enough for a group photo he’s taking with them. Alex the director, hard at work again!
It feels bittersweet. I wonder if this will be the last year for Hawaii Five-O.
