Thee is an old tradition, that to have it rain, on your birthday or wedding anniversary, is good luck. Alex should receive tons of luck, with the rain from the hurricane! As a hurricane survivor, many times, in Florida, I know what you are dealing with.

Happy 42nd Birthday, Alex, celebrating in the middle of a hurricane. I’m sending prayers that you and your family are safe, since your home is really close to the ocean and Hurricane Lane is a category 4. Sending prayers that everyone on all the islands are safe. The damage is going to be severe and will impact the shooting schedule for days or weeks to come. Many of the locations may be strewn with debris, buildings damaged and large areas flooded.

Looks like Oahu got very lucky. The hurricane lessened to a tropical storm and then veered away from Oahu. So, they suffered much less damage than if they’d been hit by a category 4 hurricane. The big island of Hawaii suffered the most damage, I think. Here’s hoping that good luck lasts through the rest of the hurricane season.

Speaking of Oahu, I’ll be there for the SOTB, though it’s the 50th anniversary of the original H50 but also the premiere of the new Magnum. Hope Alex & our H50 guys won’t be treated as 2nd class guests. Anyway, any tips? I know that some of you ladies have attended this event.

Sigh, I hope they don’t get lost in all the excitement over MAGNUM PI and the 50th anniversary of the original show. We know how Peter loves to focus all his love and attention on the new shows. His IG is all about Magnum, now. Let’s hope it’s a wonderful evening for everyone.

I thought as much. Well I’ll take a lot of tissues in my purse to cry comfortably in case our Alex is ill-treated. I hope he won’t skip the event as he did with the blessing.

I don’t think Alex would ever skip SOTB. He’s the backbone, the spiritual leader and the spokesperson for the show. He may have been traveling back from Europe at the time of the blessing ceremony. He wanted to take every last minute of his break.
It’s happening so soon this year! Fingers crossed for great weather and happiness all around.

I hope Alex will not be ill-treated that would break my heart because Alex is my one and only and he puts 1000%into the show with his blood, sweat, and tears he also should get a Emmy for everything he does and he also has a big beautiful heart on and off of the screen that’s just how I feel about Alex/Steve.
