I’ve visited this site regularly over the past year, and I don’t believe I’ve ever seen RME post before. Why now? One of the things that amazes most me about this site is the very fact that Paula and FOYeur NEVER bring their personal lives onto the site. They freely share their personal opinions about Alex, Steve McGarrett and Hawaii Five-O, but they do NOT post about themselves, unlike 99.9% of the entire universe of people who post on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Most sites are all about “ME!” and then a little bit about the star.
No matter what’s been happening, good or bad, in their lives, they’ve faithfully created wonderful new content for us at an astonishing rate of every few days. I know how long it takes to review, analyze and then write thoughtful, funny, serious, insightful posts of thousands of words. It takes HOURS of time for each post they put up. And that isn’t even considering the time it takes to search for and collect the gorgeous photos and videos to post them on the site.
So, for Paula and FOYeur to go public, then serious, profound and life- altering events have to be happening in their lives. I’m really sorry that both ladies are experiencing personal struggles at the same time. The Universe is really piling on here!
Paula came back to visit us because she was touched and heartened by our responses. We’re delighted to see her here, if only for a moment here and there. We all want Paula and FOYeur to do what’s best for them. And ladies, if you need more support, all you have to do is ask.
Just a little “prayers needed” will do.

RME (hey, nice spineless incognito name): Try to find some more braincells, some decent behavior and upbringing and if you are successful (IF not WHEN, notice?) you should go back and read Paula’s and FOYeur’s post and explanation again and then come back here and apologize.
Or, and I think it is easier for you to to, just STFU and crawl back under the rock you obviously came from.
With all the crap that’s going on in the world and in some people’s lifes no one needs a jerk around, no one, and for sure not Paula and FOYeur and all the other wonderful, nice, decent, intelligent and sympathetic ladies here!

O wow RME you’re special ! Instead of being grateful for these 2 excellent people finding time to share what they have recently with us while they’re going through whatever it is they’re going through you decide to rather spread nastiness. No wonder they’re rethinking their priorities. Why go to so much effort to only be criticised. I for one am thankful for every post, no matter how far apart they might be. There is enough nastiness in the world. Let’s try and build each up instead of breaking each other down.

Oh, come on. I’m not trying to spread nastiness. You don’t put up a big post announcing you’re leaving then carry on as though it never happened. It makes a mockery of everyone worrying for them and wishing them well. I KNOW others are thinking the same thing. You can’t expect the question not to be asked.

I was not really going to give any attention to your comments, but I have time today, so I will. I think you might be slow at comprehension, so I will take it step by step.

People were asking, so we explained. And we actually also explained that we would post from time to time, if we have time and if something important comes up – like the gagreel or a hot new pic that did come a long the very next day. So I guess that falls in that category.

Thirdly, with all that is going on in the country and our world at present, no one needs to bring negativity here to this fansite. Paula and Foyeur bring us a lot of joy and their situations have been clearly explained!!! We are here for them as they are for us. When and if that changes as clearly stated by Foyeur, they will let us know!!!

Thank you Cassandra. I’m tired of all the bitterness, negativity and ugliness. It just seems to be spilling into all aspects of life, even things that should be pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you Paula and Foyeur for taking time out of your lives to give us a nice place to come for brief respite and escapism. Oh and I almost forgot one of the most important aspects, the beauty!

I am in love with this pic and I love the necklace! Paula and FOYeur, you always find the very special pics and your edits make them even more amazing.
I don’t know the photoshoot when this was done but there once was a photoshoot (don’t remember when and where) where he had to wear some weird clothing, eyeliner and such a white suit. Anyone remembers? And this looks a little bit like that. But I could be wrong, most likely I am… 😉

lol, we’re all still here! This is totally off topic. I’ve seen a mini-promotion for Season Eight of Hawaii Five-0, maybe 15 seconds long. At the end of the video, the promo picture shows Alex/Steve, ALL ALONE. All previous promo photos of Five-0 for the past seven years have shown the gang of four. Now it’s just Alex/Steve. It looks sad and forlorn to me. Why aren’t Scott, Chi and Jorge in the picture, at least!? I also saw a recent posting somewhere where CBS listed the cast for this year. Chi was LAST! My mouth dropped open! They listed him AFTER the newbies!!!! Whaaaaaaaat?. Now I’ve just seen a corrected version, where Chi is listed third, which is where he should be.
Dunno, but seems like CBS isn’t doing the greatest job of promoting Season Eight! Hey guys, we could give you some help!! You seem a little confused to me.

CBS hasn’t done a great job of promoting H5-0 in a few years, IMO. Also we haven’t seen Alex doing any network TV interviews since the 100th eppy. So far for this new fall season starting this week, I’ve seen soooo many other CBS show leads on several shows being interviewed, talking about their characters, their shows, but it’s been 3 full seasons since we’ve seen Alex do this! As to the TV promos, I don’t watch CBS every night of the week, so maybe I’ve missed a few, but it doesn’t seem like H5-0 is getting it’s due. When I do see it, it’s paired with MacGyver or Blue Bloods! And then of course CBS has it’s sacred cows (anything that starts with NCIS!).

Janno, I totally agree. The last interview I saw on TV for Hawaii Five-O was a short blurb with Alex and Scott on Entertainment Tonight, celebrating the 100th episode. That was four years ago! And, for sure, we’ve seen nothing by any cast member since Alex’ interviews for episode 150. And I’m not seeing the promo on TV, lol, I’m seeing it online, on Twitter and Facebook fan sites for Alex and Scot. They’ve expanded it a bit to show more of the first episode, coming this Friday. It looks pretty good!
Considering how little this show is advertised, supported and promoted by CBS, it does remarkably well. I’ll never understand why CBS doesn’t do a better job of supporting this show.

S7 just started in Spain. Have watched up to ep 4 today. Are all the episodes so poorly written? Poor Alex! What he must have suffered!
