Alex O´Loughlin ~ An Intense Study 
Thank you!! Great pics!! The last one… oh my ovaries!!
The highlight for me was Alex getting his stripe. I noticed in a video of the ceremony posted on FB, showing all of the students as they shook hands with Egan (great gif here!), not all of them bowed, which is what you do every time; the rule is ‘bow to the sensei, bow to the dojo.’ This is a sign of great respect and it is expected! Alex is always respectful.

Alex, arguably the most famous person there showing that respect and honour to the sport and his personal friend and teacher and champion of the sport.

Has anyone heard how Alex’s back injury is doing? He doesn’t appear hampered by it onscreen but that could be good acting!

Thank you very much for this post. I love to watch Alex with gi. I’m glad that he’s recovering from back injury and doing his favorite sport. But i want to point out the Alex’s photo with fan. Lucky woman! I would love to have one too.

Did you notice that the pic with Egan from Terry Frost is taken a Alex’ home? He seems to have his own Jiu Jitsu training room, that’s cool. He is really dedicted to everythng he does, but what else is new.

No, I am pretty sure because another fan friend noticed the background. These wooden wall. There has been a pic with Malia and her brother, who gave her new designed surf boards. They are standing in front of this wall. I think it may be on her instagram account, but I don’t remember when. I am totally lost, when it comes to such things ;-), you know time frames, time and backgrounds per se when it comes to things O’Loughlin.
