Lucky us that Honolulu Pulse made a video from the Women´s Self Defense Seminar and let us see what moves were taught by Alex and Egan.
And both Manu (top gif) and Miek (2nd gif) had their heads spinning with Alex dancing around them 😀

Thanks for the gifs !!! I’m glad that over fourteen thousand dollars was raised for the hospital. I would have grabbed hot, gorgeous Alex, and never let him go. That bottom photo is killer !! Such intensity !!

I don’t comment often, but just HAD to do so today. I love these gifs! The third one is probably my fave: That smile! (sigh). And then the one where he is “running away”: SO cute. .I also like the last one. I mean, she gets to roll him over and straddle him! (thud).
Oh who am I kidding, I like them ALL. He’s just too much.
And besides being super sexy, these videos also show us some good self defense moves, so it’s great to have that “educational” aspect as well. 😉 I would learn from Alex ANYtime. Lol.

Alex was clearly enjoying himself while giving valuable instructions. Though some ladies might have found out they got more time with Alex if they pretended not to learn the moves that quickly 😉

These gifs made me love him even more. He’s charitable and gives back to great causes. He’s hot. He’s a goofball. (That gif of him “running away” just tickles me). He’s hot. And he really seems like a genuine good guy. Oh yeah and did I mention….he’s hot???

Manu and I are very close She is my “Baby sister and i know Mieke from LLOL as well. I am beyond thrilled and happy for both of them As for our Alex???What else is left to say about his goodness in all the charitable things he does. his sweetness and kindness to his fan and friends. He is quite simply THE BEST.
